1. Information the Site Collects

The Site is an information guide to Tower Rush, the crash game by Galaxsys. It is run neither by Galaxsys nor by a casino. The Site has no registration, user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or payments, so it does not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, email address or payment details.

When you open a page, the hosting provider may automatically log technical data: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open, the time of the visit and the page that referred you. This is standard for any website and does not identify you by name. The Site does not use these logs to find out who you are and does not combine them with data from other sources.

2. How It Is Used

Technical data is used only to run the Site: to deliver pages, keep the Site secure, detect errors and abuse, and understand in general terms which pages readers use. It is not sold, not shared for advertising and not used to build profiles of individual visitors. Where analytics are used, the reports show totals – for example, how many visits the strategy page received in a month – rather than what one person did.

3. Cookies

The Site may use cookies for basic functions, preferences and anonymous statistics. What cookies are, which types the Site may set and how to control them in your browser is explained in the Cookie Policy.

4. Third-Party Sites

Buttons on the Site, for example on the demo page, lead to third-party casino sites. Those sites are run by other companies with their own terms and privacy policies. Once you leave the Site, any data you give – for example when you register or deposit at a casino – is handled by that company under its own policy, not under this one. The Site does not pass your details to casinos and receives no personal data from them when you follow a link from the Site.

5. Your Rights Under Data Protection Law

Under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, you have rights over personal data held about you: to be informed about it, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to the data protection authority. Because the Site collects no personal data beyond the technical logs described above, there is usually no personal record to access. Requests about data a casino holds go to that casino.

6. Data Security

The Site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to hosting logs is limited to what is needed to run the Site. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but the Site keeps the data it handles to a minimum, which keeps the risk low. Any analytics or security services used by the Site are chosen with their own data protection standards in mind.

7. Data Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for security and operation, and are then deleted or anonymised. How long cookies last is set out in the Cookie Policy. The Site keeps no database of visitors, so there is nothing else to retain or delete.

8. Minors

The Site is meant for adults aged 18 and over, because Tower Rush is a casino game played for money. The Site does not knowingly collect any data from minors, and readers under 18 should not use the casino sites its buttons lead to. If a minor has used a casino reached through the Site, the casino holds the account and is the place to report it.

9. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the version in force at the time. A significant change, such as a new type of cookie or a new analytics service, is reflected here before it takes effect.

10. Contact

The Site does not run a contact form or a mailing list and holds no personal accounts, so there is no personal data for it to hand over or delete on request. Questions about data that a casino holds about you go to that casino through the contact details on its own website, where its privacy team can answer them.
