This Site is an information guide to Tower Rush, the instant crash game by Galaxsys. It explains how the game works, how its demo, strategies and mobile play work and how to tell the real game from a copy – topics covered on the home page and the legit-or-scam page. The Site is not a casino: it takes no bets, holds no balances and offers no games for money. It is not run by Galaxsys and does not speak for the studio. The Site is free to read and asks for nothing in return: no account, no subscription and no personal data. By using the Site, you accept these Terms of Use.
2. Age Restriction (18+)
The Site is meant only for adults aged 18 and over. Tower Rush is a casino game played for money, and the casino sites that the Site's buttons lead to accept only adult players. The Site does not knowingly address anyone under 18; if you are under 18, leave the Site. Gambling laws differ between countries, and playing for money is your own decision under the law that applies to you.
3. Disclaimer
The information on the Site is written with care, but it is general information about the game. Figures such as the RTP and the stake range depend on the version of the game a casino runs, and casinos set their own conditions for play. Where anything on the Site differs from the game's own rules screen or from a casino's terms, the game's rules and the casino's terms prevail. The Site aims to keep its pages current, but games and casino conditions can change after a page is written, and the demo described on the Site is offered by casinos, which decide whether and how it is available.
Nothing on the Site is financial advice or a promise of winnings. Every round of the game is random, and any stake can be lost. Strategies described on the Site are ways to manage a budget, not ways to beat the game.
4. Intellectual Property
Tower Rush and the Galaxsys name and logo belong to their owners. Tower Rush is a trademark of Galaxsys, and the Site uses the name only to identify the game it describes. The Site's own texts, tables and layout are protected by copyright and may not be copied or republished without permission. Short quotations with a clear reference to the Site are allowed for review or comment.
5. Links to Third-Party Sites
Buttons on the Site lead to third-party casino sites. Those sites are run by other companies with their own terms, privacy policies and licences, and the Site has no control over their content, offers, games or payments. Any account you open, deposit you make or bet you place at a casino is an agreement between you and that casino alone. A link from the Site is not an endorsement of any operator. Disputes about a bet, a balance, a withdrawal or a bonus are handled by the casino under its own terms and licence, not by the Site, and the casino's terms are the ones that bind you once you register.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Site is not liable for any loss arising from playing the game or any other casino game, from relying on information on the Site, from the content or conduct of third-party sites, or from the Site being unavailable or interrupted. The Site is also not responsible for the RTP version, settings or limits a casino chooses for the game, and it gives no guarantee that its information is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Gambling involves a risk of losing money, and the decision to play is yours. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales or of the other parts of the United Kingdom.
7. Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated when the Site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
